Warranty policy
This Limited Warranty applies to mobile accessories and home appliances purchased from Turf.
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Turf will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Turf will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the product altogether.
How long does the coverage last?
The standard Warranty Period for Accessories purchased from Turf is 365 days except Chargers and Cables which is 90 days from the date of purchase.
The standard Warranty Period for Home Appliances purchased from Turf is 12 months. A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the product.
Warranty period might be different for different products. For the correct Certificate go to the specific product and look into the Additional Information tab, where the certificate can be downloaded/printed.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. Warranty does not cover defective or damaged products due to the customer's neglect or improper use of product.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Warranty terms
This warranty policy is valid only for products sold in Ghana
Products have been purchased directly from Turf Devices or approved partner outlets. For products purchased from partner outlets, the customer must contact the respective outlet for replacement.
Proof of purchase is available for inspection.
Products have been properly installed and/or operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
A Turf representative will have to assess the defective product.
