Refund policy
We offer a refund within the first 72 working hours of your purchase (when you receive the item), if 72 working hours have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund or exchange.
Here’s the criteria your purchase must meet to be eligible for a refund:
The item delivered is not what you ordered/damaged/defective
The item must be unused, in its original condition
The item must be in its original packaging
You must be able to provide a proof of purchase
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded, only exchanged.

Schedule for appliances and accessories to be dropped off at our office.
Receiving Refund
We do not do cash refunds. You can receive your refund one of 2 ways;
via mobile money or bank transfer store credit.
When to expect refund
Once we receive the item, it will take 48 hours for us to process the return and initiate the refund. When the return is accepted, we will post the refund to your preferred refund method. If your refund is via bank transfer, please allow an additional 48 hours for the payment to be credited to your account.
If you’re returning the item in store, it will be accepted and processed instantly. This will trigger the refund to your preferred refund method. If your refund is via bank transfer, please allow an additional 48 hours for the payment to be credited to your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
